T.H. Harris has been involved with several projects with the World War II Museum in New Orleans.

A recently completed project in spring 2009, involvied 6th grade honor Social Studies students of Mr. Shannon in conjunction with the World War II Museum, Students will created a podcast "This Day in History" podcast. One particular day, i.e.- December 9, was done through out the World War II years and included not just historic battles, but books and movies of the times, as well as when possible important local events.
